Paws Emergency is a pet emergency companion application that provides:
- Emergency guidance for common pet health situations
- Dog profile and health record management
- AI-powered symptom assessment assistance
- Service provider directories (vets, trainers, daycares, etc.)
- Health tracking and reminder features

4. AI Assistant Disclosure

Our assistant "Buddy" and other smart features use artificial intelligence to provide responses and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every situation. AI responses should be used as a starting point for information, not as definitive medical advice.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Subscription and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Monthly subscription: $2.99/month
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, reviews, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Paws Emergency a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
